Andrea Walsh is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist with over 25 years experience providing mental health and educational services at the local, state and national level. Originally from Boise, Idaho, Andrea ventured to Las Vegas, Nevada, following her undergraduate studies in Education at the University of Idaho. There, she embarked on her journey into the field of School Psychology at the University of Nevada Las Vegas, while teaching middle school English and US History.
For the next two decades, Andrea honed her expertise as a school psychology practitioner in Las Vegas, while becoming involved in advocacy and leadership at the state and national level. Her professional passion revolves around championing social justice, advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion within communities, and advocating for culturally responsive practices in educational systems.
Andrea has led her site-based teams in crafting robust multi-tiered systems of support, enabling the effective provision of behavioral and academic interventions in school settings. Moreover, she has been instrumental in delivering crisis intervention and psychological services to students ranging from ages 3 to 22, spanning preschool through post-high school programs.
With her extensive experience as both a practitioner, advocate and a leader, Andrea is deeply committed to fostering systemic change and cultivating environments that are equitable, inclusive, and supportive for all individuals.
Andrea’s greatest joy has been raising her three children, Jacob, Natalie and Colin. She enjoys watching their extracurricular activities, traveling, cooking, and volunteering.

Dr. Erika Stevens Olinger was born and raised in Portales, New Mexico. She also owns her own School Psychology consulting business. Her research and professional interests include crisis prevention and management in schools, threat/ risk assessment, applied behavior analysis, academic and behavioral interventions, implementation of multi-tiered systems of support, positive behavior supports, and trauma informed practices.

Dr. Olinger resides in Edmond, Oklahoma with her husband David and children Luke and Elyse. She enjoys activities with her family and friends, playing the flute, gardening, caring for her pets, and constant reading.
